What has changed:
INTERNATIONAL FOCUS
Many of our customers come from both European and non-European countries. The internationally oriented domain midifiles24.eu reflects this. The shop now also offers various languages and international payment options.
VISUAL APPEARANCE
In this area we have remained true to ourselves; the logo, company colors and shop design have been retained – we want you to feel "at home" when you access our offer.
TECHNOLOGY
Here, although not immediately apparent, are the biggest changes and improvements. These include mobile internet (the shop's appearance), extensive payment options, and future-proof shop software that is regularly updated and technically stable.
WHAT WILL CHANGE FOR YOU AS A CUSTOMER
Basically very little, we made sure of that. Your existing customer account (at midifiles24.de) has been transferred. We will shortly send you an email with instructions on how to activate your account and set your password, if needed. THAT'S IT - nothing more to do!
To avoid creating unnecessary pressure, the "old" shop at midifiles24.de will of course continue to operate and will continue to be supplied with new MIDI files.
However, we plan to merge both shops by the beginning of 2021 at the latest. We hope for your understanding – the steady upward trend of our business requires further development.
