GS-Midifiles
The GS format is an extension of the GM format from ROLAND®. Specially adapted for ROLAND® end devices.
XG-Midifiles
The XG format (Extended General MIDI) is an extension of the GM format from YAMAHA®. Specially adapted for YAMAHA® devices.
XF-Midifiles
XG is an extension of the GM standard and only suitable for devices from Yamaha®. XF extends XG with the chord / score display.
TYROS-Midifiles
Special format for Tyros devices from Yamaha®. No compatibility with other devices guaranteed.
